At A Creative Swan, fitness is more than a workout — it's a journey back to yourself. I transformed my body from home using weights, resistance bands, movement, and consistency, while also growing spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically through the process. Along the way, I discovered that strength can be built in many ways — through dance, laughter, discipline, breath, and learning to truly love and understand yourself from the inside out.
My approach to training is personal, uplifting, and designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body wherever you are. I bring twenty years across in-home care, executive support, family services, hospitality, and certified personal training — and an academic grounding in Social Work and Women's Studies that taught me to really listen, to what someone needs versus what they say they need.

Everything changed when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. While going through surgeries and recovery, fate connected me with Alice, and I honestly could not have asked for a better trainer or experience. I assumed I wouldn't really be able to work out because I was limited with upper body exercises, but Alice really worked with me to create a thoughtful and personalized workout plan. She modified exercises where needed while still helping me effectively target and strengthen my lower body. Alice is incredibly easy to work with and somehow makes working out really fun. She pays close attention to form, gently corrects when needed, and is always positive and encouraging. Beyond the workouts themselves, she also created a nutrition plan tailored specifically to my goals.
